The dynamic between myself and the individuals that I work with is very important because it helps to foster the relationship of trust and support. I will work with you to navigate through traumatic experiences, intrusive, self-defeating thoughts, overwhelming anxiety and the ebb and flow of symptoms created by life stressors. I understand that each person that I work with is an individual and that the care and services that they receive should be individualized as well. I utilize a variety of counseling methods during sessions but my main approach is to work with each individual to develop a plan of action best tailored to their individual needs.
